Duration: 15 sessions, 2-3 hours each, over a 6-12
month period.
Focus on: sustainable improvement in leadership style,
starting from the executives present leadership situation
and defined business goals.
Outcome:
- Enhances the executive's leadership skills, building on
identified strengths
- Links the executive's development to measurable business
goals and team behaviour
- Builds a model of leadership development that is sustainable
- Puts the executive in control of own motivators through
greater self-awareness
Package also includes:
Phone and e-mail support during the contract period and up
to one month after completion
Ad-hoc
Individual design, broader management issues, skill
training (presentation, negotiation, motivation and vision
work). Time and scope agreed on a case-by-case basis.
