Duration: 3-4 sessions, 1-2 hours each, over approximately one month.

Focus on: skill training and behavior change, such as temper control, listening skills, time management, improving communication.

Outcome:

  • Higher level of self-awareness
  • Clear understanding of how behaviour influences relationships and leadership effectiveness.
  • Motivators for change are identified and incorporated into leadership style

Steps for the future are planned to avoid falling back into previous behavioral patterns

Package also includes: Phone and e-mail support during the contract period and up to one month after coaching sessions are completed.

"Coaching for Performance"
Duration: 15 sessions, 2-3 hours each, over a 6-12 month period.

Focus on: sustainable improvement in leadership style, starting from the executives present leadership situation and defined business goals.

Outcome:

  • Enhances the executive's leadership skills, building on identified strengths
  • Links the executive's development to measurable business goals and team behaviour
  • Builds a model of leadership development that is sustainable
  • Puts the executive in control of own motivators through greater self-awareness

Package also includes:
Phone and e-mail support during the contract period and up to one month after completion

Ad-hoc
Individual design, broader management issues, skill training (presentation, negotiation, motivation and vision work). Time and scope agreed on a case-by-case basis.
