Approach

  • Coaching is a trusted conversation and is not a precise process. It is emergent and elective.
  • Anders uses a direct, challenging and intuitive approach that has proven effective at bringing the real issues under the spotlight.
  • The process is intended to raise self- awareness in order to give the coachee new insights, move behavioural choices and the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • The coachee’s situation and desired goals form the starting point for the coaching, and around this, a coaching agenda is built, which is established between the coach and coachee.
